| START MAKING AN ORDER You dont need to have an account to browse or place items in your cart. When you are ready to place your order, please create an account, which will ease your checkout and make checking information about your order easier. When you are ready to checkout any selections you make are transfered to your secure shopping cart.
To place your order select any items in our catalog by selecting the ADD TO CART button. As you add items to your Shopping Cart you will see them listed in the top right of your screen. At any time you may enter the shopping cart and change the quantities of an item or remove an item. Feel free to add as many items or as few items as you like. Remember, unlike most of our competitors, there is NO MINIMUM ORDER. FINALIZE YOUR ORDER
Once you have completed your selections enter the Shopping Cart and select CHECKOUT. If you have not logged into your account, you will be requested to login. Even if you have not logged in before you may create a customer account and continue to finalize your purchase.
Creating a customer account allows us to save information that makes your ordering process easier. Each time you place an new order, just login and you will not need to re-enter your information again. We do not save your credit card information to ensure your privacy. Your information will not be used in any way except for you to check on your order statue.
CHECKING OUT
Checking out requires 3 easy steps
Step 1. Verify your Delivery Information. You may also and add any comments you would like us to see with your order. You can make any changes as needed.
Step 2. Select your Payment Information.

*Paypal - Once you select Confirm Order on the Confirmation page you will be brought to the Paypal website to make your payment. Paypal accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. If you do not have a Paypal Account you may create one then. To learn more about Paypal, please visit the PAYPAL official website.
*Check or Money Order - Once you confirm your order we will wait for your payment before shipping. Custom orders cannot begin until the payment has cleared the bank (usually in about a week).
Step 4. Confirm your Order. Once you confirm your order, you are finished. We will then be in contact with you about the progress of your order
When you make an order, it goes through 3 steps:
Step 1. Pending - This tells you the order is in the system and is waiting to be processed.
Step 2. Processing - We are processing your order.
Step 3. Shipped - We have shipped your order.
Whenever you login to your account you may do any of the following:
1. Review the status of any current or previous orders.
2. View or change your account information
3. View or change entries in your address book
4. Change your account password
5. Subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters
6. View or change my product notification list
SHIPPING At Vinylistic Displays, LTD., we prefer to use EMS (Express Mail Service) do deliver our products. To avoid any conflicts of receipt of product, a signature is required upon delivery. Also, EMS service is delivered faster and is trackable. This seems to be the best method, but however since our products our made of solid liquid vinyl, they tend to be rather heavy, thus making shipping cost high. If you have a preferred method of shipping (by regular first class mail, by surface (ship), or any other method, please contact us prior to ordering so we can give you the correct shipping cost (Please keep in mind that surface (by ship) can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery and first class airmail has a weight limit of 2kG and is not trackable in the case of a lost package. We are not resposible for lost packages unless they are sent by EMS mail. |
